Monotree single sign-on

Monotree supports single sign-on in two directions. Employees can sign in to Monotree with their organisation's account, and partner apps can let employees in with their Monotree account. Both use standard OpenID Connect. SAML is not supported.

Sign in to Monotree with your organisation's account

Employees sign in to Monotree with the account they already use at work, for example in Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace or Okta. This works on the web, in the CMS and in the Monotree app. This is for the customer's IT administrator: see Single Sign-On.

Sign in with Monotree

Partner apps can let employees in with their Monotree account. A menu link in the Monotree app can also open the partner app with the employee already signed in. This is for partner developers: see Sign in with Monotree.

Getting set up

Monotree sets up each connection per customer. There is no setting for it in the CMS. Ask your Monotree contact to get started.
